The Wine Advocate :

The April 2024 bottling of the NV Manzanilla La Guita en Rama is the spring bottling, when the flor is more active and the wine has more pungent, marine and saline character. It was selected from their soleras in Calle Misericordia and Pago Sanlúcar Viejo, averaging around five years of age and showcasing the character of the Pago Miraflores, the coastal vineyard where the vines grow. It has a deep golden color and a pungent nose of brine, dried herbs and with a nutty touch, and it has a pungent and persistent palate with marked bitterness in the finish. This fermented in tank with indigenous yeasts and matured in used Manzanilla botas. They only do a bottling every two years, always during the spring. 12,072 half bottles produced for this "saca."
