Decanter:
From Terceira island, this is lemony, with rounder white peach, reflecting the drier year. Aged five months on fine lees with bâtonnage. Persistent acidity and gentle, pillowy lees, mouthcoating, savoury and briny, bring texture and length. Lovely intensity.
