Lustau Pedro Ximénez San Emilio
Description

An excellent introduction to this extreme category. Intense caramelized-grapefruit character with plenty of toffee aroma. However, for a pedro ximénez, this has a certain lightness of touch and the sweetness is restrained. Long, raisiny but clean finish. Drink now.
Dark and rich: pure raisins in a glass! From Pedro Ximénez grapes that have been dried under the hot sun, this is smooth, complex and lusciously sweet but with enough acidity so that it doesn’t feel heavy. Buy it for a late-night tipple or to pour decadently over ice cream.
Dulce sin empalagar. Le falta algo de untuosidad. Trago muy largo y agradable. Buena RCP.
Muy rico, dulzón sin ser empalagoso. Gran RCP. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1677029482601422/
