Description
Le Riesling autrichien déploie toute sa splendeur dans le Seeberg, une parcelle classée premier cru située à l'ouest de Zöbing, qui donne le jour à des vins très fruités et très concentrés. Un vin blanc très rond, aux arômes délicats de fruits exotiques et à l'acidité saisissante.

"Partly fermented in stainless steel and partly in large oak, Loimer's 2016 Ried Seeberg "Erste Lage" opens bright, fresh and piquant on the nose with dusty mineral and concentrated fruit aromas—very cool and bright but intense! On the palate, this is a rich, concentrated, very well-structured and piquant dry Riesling with dense texture and a long, powerful finish. Tasted in September 2017, this is a bloody young, powerful Riesling that should be cellared for at least 5 or 6 years."
