LaFou Els Amelers 2018

The white 2018 Els Amelers was produced with old-vine Garnacha Blanca and aged in contact with the lees for seven months, with only 10% of the wine matured in 300-liter oak barrels and 25% in egg-shaped cement vats. It has a clean, fruit-driven and varietal nose with aromas of waxy apples and white flowers. It's fresh and has contained ripeness and a serious, dry and balanced palate with a bitter twist on the finish. 20,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2019.
