L'avis des experts
The Mediterranean red 2017 La Garnacha de Mustiguillo was produced with grapes from head-pruned and dry-farmed vines planted in the 1980s on limestone soils. It fermented with 20% to 30% full clusters and indigenous yeasts in an 8,000-liter oak vat and matured in 5,000-liter oak vats and used French barriques for eight to ten months. This is a Garnacha that has been evolving since the initial 2014. They have limited the impact of the oak, and it shows more the character of the grape in the Mediterranean. This is more elegant, less ripe and shows very expressive in this typical Mediterranean year. It has a refined palate with fine-grained tannins, somewhere between the wines from Aragón and the ones from Gredos. 12,340 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2018.

Vino correcto y gran aroma...precio excesivo.
