L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

"A blend of 60% Monastrell, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Syrah, the 2010 18 Meses is raised for 18 months in new French and American oak. For a wine that delivers 15.5% alcohol, the bouquet is tamed and controlled with fresh blackberry, date and iodine notes that waft gently from the glass alongside the nicely integrated oak. The palate is full-bodied with boysenberry and blackberry on the entry. It is succulent but very well balanced with a crisp seam of acidity that lends it a surprising lightness of touch on the finish. This is a beautifully crafted, flavor-packed Jumilla wine, although I would revel in its youth rather than let it age. Drink now-2016".
