"The explosive, carbonic-maceration 2014 Jarrarte Maceracion Carbonica has a nose full of violets, strawberry candy, blueberries and a lactic and also an herbal side (raspberry leaf). It is intense and fresh. The palate is juicy and also fresh, with almost no noticeable tannins–all fruit and full of personality. The full-cluster ferment occurred in open cement vats. Outstanding value. 35,000 bottles produced".
