The Wine Advocate:
"There is some more intensity in the nose of the 2011 Do Gran Reserva, also a Brut Nature, which is a blend of 58% Xarello with 33% Macabeo and 10% Parellada; it matured in bottle for a longer time, no less than four, and sometimes five years in bottle. The bubbles are nicely integrated and there is great complexity of flavors, with a special interest in the yeasty ones. It keeps good freshness, too. 13,000 bottles produced."
