The Wine Advocate:
The longer-aging 2010 Do Gran Reserva is also a Brut Nature with a higher percentage of Xarello complemented by 31% Macabeo and 12% Parellada. Quite yeasty, with notes of freshly baked brioche and good citrus fruit mixed with aromas of white apples and pears. The palate feels balanced with a creamy texture created by the small bubbles and bright acidity. 19,000 bottles produced.
