The tannins of the 2014 Finca Cascorrales are a little coarser than those of the Finca Peña Lobera from the same vintage, which gives the wine a rustic touch. The wine also tends to be slightly riper but always within the elegant and fresh house style, where the oak is perfectly integrated in the wine. They actively search for acidity in their wines, and there is balance and elegance over the rest of the characteristics. This is more structured and has more muscle than Peña Lobera. It's impossible not to make comparisons... 951 bottles and 50 magnums were filled in July 2016. - Luis Gutiérrez.
Hacienda Solano est un petit domaine à caractère artisanal dont les principaux acteurs sont la famille Cubillo, la famille Sarrión et l'œnologue alsacienne Sophie Khün. [break]
Le projet est né en 2001 grâce à Nuria, Agustín et Estrella Cubillo, trois frères et sœurs qui travaillaient alors la vigne pour vendre le raisin à de grands domaines de la Ribera del Duero.

Color cereza oscuro. Aromas complejos a fruta negra y arándanos, toques especiados. Voluminoso, taninos altos, bien estructurado.
Rojo cereza. Fruta negra. Toques de monte bajo, especies y complejo. Con cuerpo, taninos altos. Bien estructurado y con mucho volumen.
No recuerdo que me gustara menos que el peña lobera, Un auténtico vino serio, pero sin exceso de rusticidad.No menos de 3,75☆.Repetir !!!
Un vino con un excelente cuerpo y denso al paladar pero para mi gusto tiene un punto ácido que le resta aromas
