The Wine Advocate:

The 2015 Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Spätlese was picked at 93° Oechsle (including 20% of botrytis grapes) but, according to Stefan Steinmetz, two or three weeks earlier than the corresponding HL "cru." The wine displays an open, ripe, elegant and nicely fruity bouquet with a clear and typical slate aroma. Intense and concentrated, with a remarkable mineral grip and fascinating acidity, this is a gorgeous Spätlese classic that you might love or leave but should adore in 10-20 years. - Stephan Reinhardt.
