The Wine Advocate:

2019 was quite warm, and they harvested early, but it was also dry and low yielding, so the wines have very good acidity. This is the one white where I could compare the 2018 and 2019, as the 2019 A Pedreira had been bottled a couple of months before my tasting. This 2019 feels super harmonious, where the volume compensates the high acidity; this is balanced in a more XL way (relative to the other wines and the house style), and I also feel it's approachable. This comes from four small plots on a slope where the soils are very shallow with very good drainage. It didn't rain in the summer, so ripeness soared. The wine has power and the acidity didn't go down. I think this is going to be a long-distance runner. 18,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2020.
