Coming from sandy, pebbly soils and a blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah brought up in concrete tanks, the 2018 Côtes Du Rhône Samorens has a rich, mouthfilling style as well as classic Provence notes of herbes de Provence, ground pepper, garrigue, and sweet red and black fruit. It has outstanding potential and should easily drink well for 6-7 years.
