The Wine Advocate:

The entry-level Garnacha produced with purchased grapes from the village of Cadalso de los Vidrios, is the 2016 El Hombre Bala, which showed a little reductive at first and took some time to reveal aromas of dried flowers, herbs and spices with a balsamic twist. It might be going through a closed phase, à la Pinot, something these wines sometimes do in autumn and winter and tend to come back in the spring. It felt a little darker with notes of iron and blood covering the shy violet pastille aromas that take some time to emerge. The palate revealed some tannins that gave it a serious profile even if it's the most approachable of the portfolio, but with citrus freshness. It would do great with food. 38,000 bottles were produced and It was bottled in December 2017.

Suckling:

A light and fruity white with tea leaf, white pepper and dried fruit. Some quartz. Medium body, light tannins and a crisp finish. Drink now,
