L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The Garnacha 2017 A Dos Manos comes from vines averaging 35 years of age planted on sandy granite soils in the family vineyards in Méntrida. They used 60% full clusters for the fermentation with indigenous yeasts and matured the wine in used 225-liter French oak barrels. It has notes of ripe berries, red and black, like Gredos meets Châteauneuf, with the finesse and nuance of the granite soils. It's ripe and reflects the warm and low-yielding year, but without excess. It has finesse and elegance, and the palate is medium-bodied, with fine tannins and good freshness. A nice debut. 5,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2019.
