L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The top cuvée at Domaine Roche is the 2017 Cairanne la Bousquette, a tank-aged blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Carignan said to come from the oldest vines in the appellation. Cola, blackberries and clove all come together seamlessly in this full-bodied, concentrated and velvety wine that lingers on the finish.

Jeb Dunnuck:

The flagship cuvée is the 2017 Cairanne La Bousquette, a mix of 80% Grenache and 20% Carignan that was destemmed and brought up in tank. Cassis, violets, lavender, peppery spice, and minerality notes all emerge from this medium to full-bodied, beautifully polished Cairanne that has silky tannin, rocking purity of fruit, and a great finish. It’s a total gem in the vintage that readers should snatch up.
