Demencia 2013

The wines are aged for a long time, and it's time now to release the 2013 Demencia, still generously oaky and powerful, even though it comes from a much cooler year. It has plenty of dusty tannins and high acidity, or at least a fresh sensation that lifts the wine up. It has the classical earthy profile with notes of dark berries, shoe polish, licorice and stones. A textbook Demencia. 1,013 bottles were filled in August 2016.
