The Wine Advocate:
Produced with Pinot Noir grapes from the vineyard of El Rocallis, 2016 Clímax Rosé Brut Nature has good ripeness and a dry palate, with 12.5% alcohol and the dry sensation from the chalky soils. It matured for no less than three years and had no added liqueur or sugar after being disgorged. It's tasty and has a bitter twist in the finish. 2,000 bottles produced. It was disgorged in February 2020.
