"With the 2016 Cíes we go back to a more civilized, harmonious and balanced vintage, with slow and longer ripening that resulted in more polished wines with integrated acidity. It's very tasty and has a long finish. 5,000 bottles were filled in April 2017. All these 2016s were bottled a little earlier, and the 2015s had an exceptionally longer élevage, because they needed to be domesticated".
