The Wine Advocate:

The amazing 2015 Cíes is all from different parts and vineyards of the village of Meaño fermented together and aged in 400-liter oak barrels for six months. It's super tasty and long, it makes you salivate, and then it finishes with minerality that makes it look almost salty. All these whites from 2015 are sharp as a knife, with pungent acidity and high minerality. 6,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2016.
