Lors de notre dégustation, ce Languedoc rouge issu du vignoble de Saint-Drézéry nous a fortement rappelé les vins de la côte méditerranéenne, à la touche gourmande et au rapport qualité/prix irrésistible. Assemblage de Syrah et de Grenache, les deux cépages les plus utilisés dans cette zone du Sud-Est de la France, Prestige Rouge 2018 a obtenu 91 points Dunnuck.

Based on Syrah and Grenache brought up mostly in concrete tanks, the 2018 Languedoc Prestige comes from older vines and limestone soils not far from the Pic Saint Loup appellation in the Languedoc. Incredibly consistent, it sports a deep purple hue as well as a ripe, sexy bouquet of both red and black fruits intermixed with lots of spice, chocolate, and earthy, peppery nuances. Beautifully textured, medium to full-bodied, with a pure, velvety mouthfeel and a great finish, it's going to evolve for a solid 3-5 years, possibly even a decade, although there's no need to delay gratification, as it's beautiful today.

Medianamente intenso, delicioso. Para tomar con carne es perfecto. Oxigenar una horita antes de tomarlo.
Tiempo llevaba sin un buen Languedoc
En 2022 está en su punto perfecto, equilibrado en nariz y persistente en boca.
Airear mucho. En nariz mucha fruta roja,potente, madera.En boca muy tánico inicialmente,se abre y se afina mucho mejor con los dias
Otro coupage infalible,delicioso.Supongo que aún se conservará bien algo más de tiempo,pero yo creo que ahora está en su punto
