Champagne Henriot Brut Rosé
Description

Spicy baked red and blackberry nose with a whiff of struck-match. The palate offers almond cake and red berry notes and glimpses of butter, nuts and lemon macaroon. A very good rose to match salads and barbecued fish.
With a high percentage of reserve wines from older vintages in the blend, this is a rich and maturely ripe wine. It has touches of red fruit along with acidity, but its main pleasure is the yeasty edge and the depth of flavor. Drink this wine now.
This plays in the nectarine and peach stone fruit zone, and is gently infused with strawberry and raspberry, too. Handy poise at the finish. Smooth resolve. Drink now.
