L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

Spicier and less exuberant than the 2017, the 2016 Cotes du Roussillon Villages Caramany showcases mixed peppercorns, green, black and red. Red berry fruit leads the way, framed by supple tannins in this medium-bodied blend of Syrah and Carignan. Drink it over the next few years.

Jeb Dunnuck:

Tasted as a barrel sample, the 2016 Caramany (66% Syrah and 34% Carignan) offers a ripe, sexy profile as well as lots of currants, spiced plums, crushed rock like minerality. With moderate acidity, medium-bodied richness and a sweet tannin, it's a pleasure bent, balanced beauty to drink over the coming 4-6 years.
