The Wine Advocate:

The white 2017 Beberás de la Copa de tu Hermana aims to be able to deal with meat or rice dishes. It's a blend of 37% Subirat Parent (Malvasía Riojana or Alarije), 35% Macabeo and 7% Verdil that provide freshness and 21% red Monastrell vinified in white to give it oomph and put through malolactic. The stony soils are rich in limestone, and the juice from the different varieties fermented together, the one from the whites after some skin contact. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, and part of the wine (30%) matured in oak and acacia barrels. The wood is nicely integrated, and it has some balsamic aromas and a round, juicy palate with volume, nice balance and a dry, stony texture, a little lighter than the previous vintage. It's a white to eat. 4,950 bottles and 42 magnums were filled in June 2018.
