Suprema all comes from the páramo, or moorland, of Moradillo, one of the most exciting areas in Ribera del Duero. The structure of the wine is such that it can handle the 100% new French oak, but needs a little more time in bottle. Modern, focused and sappy, with classic high-altitude acidity and focus and layers of bramble and blueberry fruit. 2023-29
