L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The single-vineyard 2014 Finca El Otero felt very young and in need of some more time in bottle to be able to integrate the toasty aromas from the barrels. It's polished and sleek, nicely crafted, with good balance and supple flavors. It's a textbook Tempranillo aged in barrel for 16 months. It has an approachable, commercial profile. 55,000 bottles produced.

James Suckling:

Super aromas of blackberry and black chocolate follow through to a full body, deep and tannic yet polished and beautiful. Needs at least three to four years of bottle age but a muscular and intense wine. Try in 2021.

Decanter:

Mulchy, savoury, developing liquorice aromatics. Deep and complex palate of black fruit, silky tannin and svelte oak; intense and concentrated. Full, generous, bright and lifted with a long, chocolatey finish.
