L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

"Fermented in a horizontal 250-hectoliter tank, the 2016 Amigne de Vétroz (Two Bees) offers an exciting bouquet of crushed stones, herbs, lime blossom and ripe peaches. On the palate, this is a rich and juicy, very intense and aromatic white with a lot of extract and tangerine, pineapple and William pear flavors. It is rich, elegant and provided with good freshness and tannin grip. The sweetness of 15 grams per liter is perfectly integrated, giving just roundness but not a hint of sweetness. This is a lovely and structured juice. There are only 40 hectares of Amigne in the world, all in the Valais, where 13 hectares are in Vetroz. Grown on slate."
