The Wine Advocate:

The 2016 Albamar, the fastest selling wine and the biggest volume wine in the winery, was already bottled and out in the market. It's a pure Albariño from a vintage that was warmer in Rías Baixas than in other regions. He harvested looking at acidity levels to avoid losing freshness, and the finished wine has the same acidity as previous years. It's a drinkable and agile, easy-to-drink and fresh Albariño, mostly from sandy soils from decomposed granite. In all the Albariños, he presses the full clusters and didn't let this go through malolactic. The wine is kept with lees, with some 10% of the wine kept in 2,500-liter oak foudres but always without bâtonnage, looking for transparency and focus, wanting to reflect the zone with marked acidity and freshness. This is a vertical Albariño with marked granite minerality in the palate. There were some 55,000 bottles produced in 2016. - Luis Gutiérrez.
